We will only use high pressure when cleaning your home when it is absolutely necessary. In MOST cases we only use high pressure for concrete and driveways.
Yes! Phantom Pro-Wash offers a multitude of services for Commercial Properties.
Our team members at Phantom Pro-Wash are under strict instruction to pre-soak any vegetation along with rinsing windows constantly and a final rinse to all vegetation. We do this to mitigate the potential risk of any overspray or damage to delicate flowers and foliage.
We offer 10% off of your NEXT cleaning service if you refer a friend or neighbor and they schedule a cleaning with us. We also offer 5% off of the invoice if you book the day of the free estimate.
We ask that you kindly CLOSE ALL WINDOWS and remove ALL furniture that is sitting on surfaces that you would like to be cleaned. We will NOT move furniture due to the off chance of damaging it.
Cleaning Process
First we will assess how dirty the surface we will be cleaning is. After we decide what percent mix we will need to have your surface looking brand new, we will decide which application method will be best to administer the product safely and effectively. This can either be Soft Washing, Pressure Washing or Surface Cleaning. We then will follow up with you to ensure all of your expectations have been met and you are nothing less than satisfied!
